Order Processing Time
All of our pieces are made-to-order, crafted ethically and with care. This means your order is made specifically for you after it’s placed. Typically, orders take 2-3 weeks from start to finish, though processing times may vary based on material availability and production flow. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a notification with shipping details.


How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you have any issues accessing your tracking details, feel free to contact us at heretohelp@allcapstudio.com, and we’ll assist you.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at heretohelp@allcapstudio.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a resolution that satisfies you.
